Printing

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a method of printing on clothing in which the ink is transferred through a mesh stretched over a frame. The desired image is created by covering parts of the mesh with an impermeable substance so that the ink can only be applied to the desired areas. This process offers high print quality and durability and is widely used in the textile industry to apply different designs to garments.

Puff Printing

Puff printing, also known as growth ink, is a printing technique that uses a special ink that expands when heated. After the ink has been applied to the fabric and dried, heat is applied, causing the ink to expand and creating a raised texture. The result is a three-dimensional effect on the prints, giving the garments a unique, tactile finish.

Direct-To-Film Printing

Direct-to-film printing (DTF) is a printing technique in which a design is printed directly onto a special thermoplastic film. After printing, the film is transferred to the fabric by heat and pressure and fuses to the surface of the garment. This method allows for high-quality reproduction of fine details and vibrant colors, resulting in long-lasting prints with excellent definition.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a textile ornamentation technique that uses threads and needles to create decorative patterns or figures. The process consists of sewing the threads directly onto the fabric, following a predetermined pattern. Embroidery can be done by hand or by machine and offers a wide variety of styles and finishes. It is used to add details and textures to garments, e.g. logos, letters and decorative patterns.

Dye Sublimation

Dye sublimation, also known as all-over printing (AOP), is a printing process in which special inks are used to transfer an image or design onto synthetic fabrics such as polyester. In this process, the design is printed onto a special paper using sublimation ink. Through heat and pressure, the ink is permanently transferred to the fabric, where it becomes an integral part of the fibers. The result is vibrant, durable, high-quality prints with bright colors and sharp details. Dye sublimation is often used in the production of sportswear, uniforms and promotional items.

Plastisol Transfers

Plastisol transfers are a method of printing on clothing in which a design is screen-printed onto special paper. After printing, the design is transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, creating durable, high-quality prints. This process allows fine details and vibrant colors to be reproduced on garments.
